Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of course enrollment.
Refunds will not be processed if a significant portion of the course content has already been accessed.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after approval.
Exchange Policy
If you have enrolled in the wrong course by mistake, you can request an exchange within 48 hours of purchase.
The course must not be fully accessed or completed to be eligible for exchange.
Course exchanges are subject to availability and approval.
Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Conditions
No refunds/exchanges for specialized certifications, live training sessions, or mentorship programs after the session has started.
Self-enrollment mistakes (e.g., selecting the wrong course) will not qualify for a refund, but an exchange may be considered.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your enrollment within 2-10 hours of registration. Once the course has been accessed, cancellations are not permitted.
